Harvesting Bird no.1

A hanging inspired by the collecting of birds. The bird is made from a wispy white and clear stained glass, detailed in black that has been fired to an enamel finish. It carries two types of blue flowers (moonflower and bluebells) and one head of wheat, which are soldered to the back of the bird's beak. A discreet copper loop is attached to the top of the brass ring for hanging.
