Strawberry Posie no.1

I wanted to capture the strawberry in all stages of its life, from blossom to the growing white growth and then the rich ripe red fruit. I have hand painted the white blossom as well as the white seeds in fired enameled paint. This posie also has 3 green leaves that have been hand detailed to resemble "toothed" strawberry leaves.

Handmade from red, green, pale pink and clear stained glass.
