The Acorn Knight

Technically, everyone knows where the Acorn Knight lives, in a cabin deep within the old woods surrounded by three ancient Oak Trees, but if you set out to find their home you may not always succeed. Likewise, there are varied accounts about what this Knight looks like, some describing them as not older than fifteen, others say they are closer to fifty, and still more will insist this Knight is closer to eighty. But they will all agree on one thing - that the advice of the Acorn Knight is the best in the land. If you would like to benefit from the wisdom of this Knight place an acorn outside your door once the leaves begin to take on their autumnal colors. The day the acorn disappears is the day to journey into the woods, and you will find their home without fail, the front door open with fresh bread on the table. The Knight will listen to you as you talk through the pros and cons of the decision you face - and funny enough, as you walk back through the woods, you may not remember the exact advice they offered (or indeed if they said anything at all) but you will know exactly what choice to make upon your return.

The Acorn Knight carries a long sword, with a dark brown hilt wrapped in acorn-stained leather. The sword and garland are handmade from brown, amber and clear glass, which has been painted by hand and heated to an enamel finish. As with all the Knights, the sword and garland can be hung separately or together.

The new Knights Collection will be available on Saturday, August 16th at 6pm EST. Each one of a kind stained glass sword is decorated with a garland of the knight’s flora or fruit, and can be removed from the sword to be displayed as a separate hanging.
