Choose either the torso alone, or add custom moon phases showing the moon phase during a specific date. The moon phases pictured show the phase of the moon on the night of my children’s births. When you order and give the date (day, month, year) I will send you a sample image of the moon phase.

When ordering please select whether you would like the pregnant torso alone, or with moon phases attached. Also choose copper or silver finish.
