Strawberry Suncatcher no.2 - Summer in the Shire

I wanted to capture the strawberry in all stages of its life, from blossom to the growing ripening bud and then the rich ripe red fruit. I have hand painted the white blossom as well as the strawberries in fired enameled paint. This suncatcher also has 3 green leaves that have been hand detailed to resemble "toothed" strawberry leaves.
